David and Diane Jacobs, co-owners of Future’s Best Nursery Academy, have a combined 40 years of social services in New Jersey. Mr. Dave, MA, CSW is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Mr. Dave also has a Masters of Arts degree from Montclair State University in Counseling and has worked in children’s programs in Paterson and Passaic, New Jersey for the past 17 years. Mr. Dave is the Program Director of Future’s Best Nursery Academy. Ms. Diane, MA, CSW is a graduate of William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Ms. Diane also has a Masters of Arts degree from Montclair State University in Administration and Supervision. She currently holds a New Jersey state Principal license. Ms. Diane is currently the Assistant Principal for Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey Horizon School in Livingston, New Jersey.

Mrs. Annette Russo has been at Future’s Best Nursery Academy for the past 20 years, and in the capacity of Director for the past 8 years. Miss Annette has an Associate’s Degree from Berkley Business School in Business Management. Miss Annette has enjoyed the positive relationship and strong bonds with the Future’s Best community. Miss Annette has three children: all are graduates of Future’s Best.

Mrs. Bridget Burke, RN, BSN, a registered nurse, is a graduate of Seton Hall University. With many years of hospital nursing and substitute school nursing experience, she came to Future’s Best years ago. She is CPR and First Aid Certified, as well as attends and provides ongoing training for staff. Miss Bridget is a mother of three and loves working with infants at Future’s Best.

Mrs. Kate Geindjian is a certified preschool teacher with Head Teacher Certification in the State of New Jersey. Miss Kate has been teaching at Future’s Best for 14 years. Miss Kate prepares children for Pre-K by using the right combination of socialization, fun, and the ABCs to acquire the basic skills that will help children learn.

Mrs. Martina Suchankova has a Master Degree in Special Education and a Head Teacher Certification in the State of New Jersey. Miss Martina has been teaching at Future's Best from 2004. She curently works in our Two-year-old program as a head teacher. Miss Martina has a daughter in our Pre-K class. Miss Martina is a fun loving teacher with new and exciting ideas for the children.

Mrs Providenza Deodino has a CDA certificate from the State of New Jersey. Miss Enza has been working for Future's Best for the past 6 years. Miss Enza is currently our Pre-K Head Teacher. Miss Enza strives on providing the best for the children and teaches them socialization, gross and basic motor skills that will help children learn.

Mrs. Catherine Tuollis has been at Future's Best for the past 4 years. Miss Cathy holds a Bachelor of Art degree. Miss Cathy is currently a teacher assistant and our Art Teacher for all classes.

Mrs. Frances DeCeglie has been with Future's Best for the past 7 years. She was a Director for 3 years at her previous job. She comes to us as an Assistant Director and a Pre-K assistant. She has many years in childcare.
